Dubik Tatyana Viktorovna was born in the city of Orsha, Vitebsk region.
In 2004 she graduated from the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy with a degree in Land Management.
From 2001 to 2008 she worked at the RUE “Design Institute “Belgiprozem” (land surveyor, land surveyor, land management engineer).
From 2008 to 2015 she worked in the administration of the Zavodskoy district of Minsk (chief specialist, head of the architecture and urban planning department, head of the architecture and construction department).
On June 5, 2015 she was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairperson of the Minsk City Committee of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
In 2021 she graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in Public and Local Administration.
November 25, 2025 appointed to the position of Director of the Republican Center for State Environmental Expertise, Training, Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Dmitry Aleksandrovich Melnichenko was born in 1975 in Minsk.
In 1994 he graduated with honors from the Minsk Radiotechnical College, in 1997 – from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, in 2000 – from the university’s postgraduate program.
In the period from 2000 to 2017 he worked in various positions at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
From 2008 to 2011 – Vice-Rector for Research at the Educational Institution “Higher State College of Communications”.
On September 27, 2017, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Director for Academic and Scientific Work of the state educational institution “Republican Center for State Environmental Expertise, Training, Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel” of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
Candidate of Technical Sciences. Associate Professor in the specialty “Ecology”.
