Today, the State Educational Institution “Republican Center for State Ecological Expertise, Training, Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel” of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus held a Unified Information Day on the theme “Traditional Belarusian Values: Family, Society, and the State”. The staff were addressed by specialists from City Clinical Hospital No. 6: Nelli Moiseenko, Deputy Chief Physician for Ideological Work, and Galina Gavrik, a physician specialising in health promotion.
Family, respect for older generations, family celebrations, mutual support, and responsibility for our shared future are values that unite generations and form the foundation of our society.
Particular attention during the meeting was devoted to health. In the Year of the Belarusian Woman, it is important to discuss self-care, maintaining good health, and disease prevention. With this in mind, a physician specialising in health promotion was invited to take part in the Unified Information Day and explained the importance of regular medical examinations and the early detection of breast diseases.
Caring for a woman’s health contributes not only to her personal well-being but also to the well-being of her family and future generations. Taking care of ourselves means taking care of those we hold dear.
