About the heroes of the past

Today, the Centre hosted a solemn event dedicated to the great Victory Day holiday. May 9th is not just a date on the calendar. This is a day of deep remembrance, gratitude and sorrow for the heroes whose courage, steadfastness and dedication have become the basis of our peaceful present. Their feat will forever remain in the hearts of generations as a symbol of indestructible strength of spirit and selfless love for the Motherland.

Last year, on the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, a “Memory Album” was published, bringing together the employees of the Centre with a common memory of relatives who went through the hardest trials of the war — who fought at the front, worked in the rear, stood up and gave us Victory. This year, the Album’s pages have been updated with new names and stories, each is an invaluable testimony to the courage, pain, hope, and great strength of the human spirit.

In a solemn ceremony, the director of the Centre, Tatiana Dubik, presented “Memory Albums”, emphasizing that not a single name, not a single feat will be forgotten, and the good tradition of preserving and perpetuating the memory of heroes will live and continue from generation to generation. We bow down before the veterans! Eternal memory to the defenders of the Motherland! We remember!
