Today, an instructional session on actions to be taken in emergency situations was held at the Centre.
Nikolai Yurievich Melnikov, Head of the Partizansky District Department of the Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Minsk, addressed the Centre’s staff.
During the meeting, participants discussed the operation of emergency call buttons — how they work and how they help ensure a rapid response in various situations to maintain safety and security.
Special attention was also paid to the issue of telephone fraud: how to recognise suspicious calls and how to distinguish a genuine call from employees of the Security Department from fraudulent attempts by scammers.
The event was held in the format of an open dialogue, during which participants had the opportunity to ask questions of interest.
