On 23 January 2026, Yevgeniy Rachevskiy, Deputy Director for State Ecological Expertise, and Vladimir Gamezo, Deputy Head of the State Ecological Expertise Department, took part as international experts in public hearings on the planned construction of the Sea Breeze Uzbekistan tourism complex in the Charvak
