Countering Corruption in Institutions and Organisations of All Forms of Ownership

As part of improving legal awareness and fostering an anti-corruption culture, the Centre held a seminar on the topic “Countering Corruption in Institutions and Organisations of All Forms of Ownership,” with the participation of the management and representatives of structural divisions.

During the event, current issues related to the prevention of corruption offences, the key requirements of the legislation, as well as practical mechanisms for implementing anti-corruption standards in the activities of organisations were examined. Particular attention was paid to the liability of officials, issues of conflict of interest, and the establishment of a transparent management system. The participants of the seminar discussed real-life cases, exchanged experience, and received recommendations on building an effective system for the prevention of corruption in organisations of various profiles.

The holding of such events contributes to strengthening the principles of openness, good faith, and legality in the work of institutions of all forms of ownership.
