Today, an important training meeting was held at the Centre. Valuable experience and knowledge were shared by Tatyana Meleshko, Deputy Director General for Ideological Work at the Scientific and Production Centre for Geology.
The main purpose of the meeting was to exchange experience in the organisation and implementation of ideological work at enterprises. During the event, the participants discussed the key areas of activity, including information, educational, and socio-cultural work, as well as effective forms and methods of interaction with labour collectives and young people.
Particular attention was paid to documentation management as an important element of the systematic organisation of work and further interaction with employees.
Holding such meetings contributes to the implementation of the directives of the Head of State, strengthens professional cooperation, promotes the exchange of best practices, and supports the development of ideological initiatives.
