Since 02.03.2026, the Republican Center for State Environmental Expertise, Training, Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of the Ministry of Natural Resources has been providing, on a reimbursable basis and in accordance with a public agreement, services for filling out for business entities an application for the implementation of the administrative procedure provided for in clause 3.9.2. of the unified list of administrative procedures carried out in relation to business entities, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 09.24.2021 No. 548 (Obtaining an opinion on the compliance of a construction project accepted for operation with design documentation (in terms of environmental safety), and in relation to a construction project being built in accordance with Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated January 31, 2025 No. 46, on compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, including mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts).
