A Strong Family Means a Strong Society

As part of the events dedicated to Family Day and the Republican campaign “My Family and I Are Free from Foul Language”, the Centre hosted a meeting of its staff with Father Evgeny (Fisenkin), cleric of the parish of the Church of St Nicholas of Japan in Minsk, staff member of the Department for Family, Motherhood and Childhood Protection of the Belarusian Orthodox Church, and Marina Timoshevich – actress, director, and organizer of the 6th Republican Forum “Family: Today, Tomorrow and Always”.

The main topic of the meeting was family values, spiritual and moral education, and the role of the family in a person’s life. The participants also discussed responsible parenthood, large families, and the importance of maintaining a kind and friendly atmosphere at home.

Special attention was paid to the culture of speech, as words shape relationships between loved ones, as well as the atmosphere of mutual understanding and emotional comfort within the family.

The meeting took place in a warm and sincere atmosphere, giving the participants an opportunity to reflect on the importance of family, love, and support in the modern world.
