Attention all business entities applying for a state environmental review. A public contract for the provision of state environmental review services, approved by Order No. 14-OD of the Director dated February 23, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the Public Contract), comes into force on March 2, 2026. The contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the Public Contract. You can view the content and terms of the Public Contract by following this link. Contracts for the provision of state environmental review services concluded before March 2, 2026 will be executed under the same terms and conditions on which they were concluded.
Business entities paying for state environmental assessment services in accordance with the terms of the Public Agreement are required to independently determine the cost of the services payable using Appendix 1 or Appendix 2 of the Public Agreement. The payment order must specify the following in the payment purpose section: “For the provision of services for issuing a state environmental assessment report.”
