The Centre became a platform for youth environmental initiatives

On 27 February, the Centre became a platform for youth environmental initiatives. Representatives of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus, the Minsk City Committee of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the Republican Centre for State Ecological Expertise, Training, Advanced Training and Professional Retraining of the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the Belarusian Research Centre “Ecology” took part in organizing the round table.

As part of the meeting, the projects refined after the “Minsk Shift” were presented: “Eco-Education Bot” (Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics), “EcoTracker” (Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, Minsk Radioengineering College branch), “ProLeninsky” (Planar OJSC), and “Green Passport” (Belarusian State Economic University).

Participants discussed the strengths and weaknesses of each project and, through a lively and constructive dialogue, explored ways to address key challenges. The meeting took place in an atmosphere of engagement and mutual interest: ideas were expanded, and proposals found support. As a result, it was decided to combine the presented initiatives into one large-scale project for further implementation.
