The Memory of the People’s Heroic Deed Lives in Our Hearts

On 22 June 1941, the Great Patriotic War began — one of the most tragic chapters in the history of our people. On this day, we remember the millions who perished and bow our heads in memory of the defenders of the Fatherland, civilians, and all those whose lives were forever changed by the war.

On this commemorative day, members of the Primary Organisation of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union of the Centre took part in a flower-laying ceremony at the Trostenets Memorial Complex together with the administration of the Partizansky District of Minsk. As part of the delegation of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, they also laid flowers at the Memory Memorial.

We express our gratitude to those who defended the freedom and independence of our Motherland at the cost of incredible efforts, and we preserve the memory of the wartime events for future generations. The memory of the people’s heroic deed lives in our hearts.
